Church Loans Fund

A new opportunity for Colorado's Southern Baptists is the "Church Loans Fund." Foundation Board members established the fund and made the first donations themselves.

One of the Foundation's goals is to make loans to CBGC-affiliated churches for their church property and building or remodeling needs. Contributions are being received from individuals and churches across Colorado who desire to directly affect the Foundation's ability to provide for future church borrowing needs. The Foundation will manage the "Church Loans Fund," investing it to earn interest and dividend income until the monies are loaned to churches at a competitive interest rate. If you wish to donate make your checks payable to BFC, "Church Loans Fund."
